Rental Request Terms

Requests and follow-up

A request does not create a reservation, rental agreement, availability guarantee, or obligation to rent. No payment is collected. The owner personally reviews and responds to each inquiry to discuss availability, pricing, and arrangements.

Rental pricing

Estimates count each requested calendar day, including pickup and return days. Friday through Sunday is three days. Displayed rates are daily rental charges. Delivery adds a flat $25 per request and is included in the displayed total. Taxes, deposits, insurance requirements, and final terms will be provided with a quote.

Equipment and logistics

Confirm equipment dimensions, load ratings, towing compatibility, and suitability before hauling. The pickup area is near Brock Spur and Quanah Hill Road in Brock, TX. Exact pickup arrangements will be provided when a rental is confirmed. Delivery requests require a ZIP code. Delivery availability and the destination will be confirmed with the customer.

Price changes

Rates and categories may change. A submitted estimate records pricing at submission and is reviewed before a rental is finalized.
