Privacy Policy

This policy explains how Parker County Trailer Rentals handles rental requests and personal information.

What we collect and why

When you submit a rental request, we collect your name, email, phone number, city or ZIP code, requested trailer, dates, estimated pricing, pickup or delivery preference, delivery ZIP code and optional destination, optional project description, and consent record. We use this to review your request and personally contact you about availability, pricing, and pickup or delivery. We do not enroll you in unrelated marketing.

Traffic and analytics

We store the original landing-page path, referring website origin, and campaign parameters with your inquiry to understand which sources generate demand. First-touch attribution is kept in this browser tab’s session storage as you navigate. Avoid including personal information in campaign links.

Optional Google Analytics loads only after you allow it. We send page paths, trailer selections, rental durations, and estimated pricing; we do not send your name, email, phone, ZIP code, delivery address, project text, raw campaign values, or URL query strings. You can change your choice using Analytics preferences when analytics is configured. Declining does not prevent an inquiry.

Maps and trailer photographs

The area map is supplied by OpenStreetMap. This provider receives ordinary connection information when the map loads, independently of optional analytics. Rental request contact details are not included in map requests. Trailer photos are served from this website.

Storage and service providers

Inquiries are stored in Supabase. Vercel hosts the application. Authorized administrators may view and export inquiries for demand rentals. Google processes optional analytics. We do not sell your personal information. These providers may process data outside your state or country.

Security and retention

We restrict inquiry access to authorized administrators. A hashed network address is used for submission rate limiting, and keyed hashes help prevent duplicates. We plan to delete inquiry data and associated exports within 180 days of collection unless an active rental or legal obligation requires longer retention. Operational logs and provider backups follow their configured retention schedules.

Your choices and deletion requests

To request access, correction, deletion, or withdrawal of contact permission, email support@fourelm.com. We may verify your identity before responding.
